Akasha Wholesale Crystals Canada

At Akasha Wholesale, all wholesale orders are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, over-ordering, or slow-selling inventory.

Because many of our products are natural, botanically derived, handmade, or sourced from natural materials, variations are to be expected. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for differences in appearance, size, shape, color, texture, scent, density, or other natural imperfections or variations. This includes, but is not limited to, crystals, herbs, teas, sage, shells, feathers, and similar products.

We strongly encourage all customers to review product details, quantities, and intended use carefully before placing an order.

Accepted Claims

We may accept claims for the following issues when valid proof is provided within 48 hours of confirmed delivery:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items sent
  • Missing items, subject to internal investigation and packing verification

Claim Requirements

To submit a claim, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear supporting documentation. This will include:

  • Clear photos of the item(s)
  • Clear photos of the inner and outer packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • A description of the issue

Resolution Process

All claims are subject to review and approval by Akasha Wholesale. If a claim is approved, the resolution will be determined at our discretion in the following order where applicable:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit

Additional Terms

  • Missing-item claims are subject to internal investagation and packing verification before approval.
  • We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not include sufficient proof or is submitted outside the required timeframe.
