Shipping policy
At Akasha Wholesale, we aim to fulfill and ship all orders as efficiently and accurately as possible. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Times
Wholesale orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days. This timeframe is provided as a general guideline and is not guaranteed.
As a high-volume wholesale supplier, inventory turnover can be significant. Certain items may require restocking, sorting, or preparation prior to shipment to ensure order accuracy and quality control.
Processing times may exceed this estimated window due to factors including, but not limited to, large order volumes, product availability, restocking requirements, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
Orders are processed in the sequence they are received. While we always aim to ship as quickly as possible, expedited handling is not guaranteed.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or statutory holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout whenever available. For larger, heavier, oversized, or bulk orders, shipping may be quoted separately prior to shipment.
Akasha Wholesale does not offer free shipping.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs if the actual shipping rate differs significantly from the initial checkout calculation. Customers will be notified before shipment if any adjustment is required.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Akasha Wholesale is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an address error, refusal, or failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Transit Times and Delivery
Once shipment order is ready for shipping, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping transit times are provided by the carrier and are estimates only. Akasha Wholesale does not guarantee delivery dates or transit times.
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. Akasha Wholesale is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, service disruptions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Customers are strongly encouraged to place orders well in advance especially during peak seasons or holidays. Akasha Wholesale is not responsible for orders arriving later than expected due to carrier delays or increased shipping volumes.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Akasha Wholesale does not cover or reimburse these fees and will not mark shipments as gifts or alter declared values.
Damaged, Missing/Stolen, or Incorrect Shipments
Any issues related to damaged items, shortages or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Claims must include valid proof, which may include:
- Clear photos of the product(s)
- Clear photos of the inner and outer packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
- A description of the issue
All claims are subject to review and approval by Akasha Wholesale. Missing-item claims are subject to internal packing verification.
Akasha Wholesale is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring that packages are received in a secure and appropriate location. We strongly recommend arranging delivery to a secure address or being present at the time of delivery whenever possible.
Additional Shipping Terms
- We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
- Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to return fees and reshipping charges at the customer’s expense.
- By placing an order with Akasha Wholesale, you acknowledge and accept these shipping policy terms.
